Every dress is made to order in our own atelier in Brazil and shipped worldwide with FedEx. Here is exactly what to expect.
Production time
1-3 business days between your order and dispatch. If the piece you ordered needs hand embroidery, we tell you by e-mail when it will be dispatched.

Tracking
You receive the FedEx tracking number by e-mail the moment the parcel is collected. If the tracking has not moved for three business days, write to us and we open the enquiry with FedEx on your behalf.
Customs and duties
Parcels are shipped from Brazil. For most destinations there is no charge on arrival, but where import duty or local taxes apply they are the customer's responsibility and are paid directly to the carrier.
Wrong address or nobody home
FedEx attempts delivery up to three times. If the address was entered incorrectly, e-mail sales@modernameninas.com as soon as possible - once the parcel has left Brazil the change has a cost charged by the carrier.
